All sales are final.

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly via download, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase is completed.
Why?

Once you receive the digital file (the 2026 Digital Wedding Planner), it cannot be "returned" in the same way a physical item can.
Exceptions:

If you experience any technical issues with your download or find a defect in the file, please contact us at mysilverbox18@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase. We are committed to ensuring you have a working, high-quality planner and will work with you to resolve any technical problems.
