Are your products physical or digital?
All our products are 100% digital. You'll receive them instantly as PDF files via email after
purchase. There are no physical items to ship.

The Stress-Free Wedding Bundle includes both the 2026 Digital Wedding Planner and the
Interactive Invitation Suite at a discounted price. If you buy them separately, you'll pay the
full price for each product. The bundle saves you money!
Technical Questions
What file format are the products in?

All products are delivered as PDF files. PDFs are universal and compatible with virtually all
devices and operating systems.
What apps can I use to edit the planners?
We recommend:
• iPad/Tablet: GoodNotes, Notability, Xodo, or Penly
• Computer: Adobe Acrobat Reader, Preview (Mac), or Microsoft Edge
• Android: Xodo or other PDF annotation apps
You can also print the files and use them with pen and paper!
Do I need a stylus to use the planner?
No, a stylus is optional. You can use your finger on a tablet or simply print the planner and
write on it by hand. However, a stylus (like an Apple Pencil) provides a more premium
writing experience.

work on future versions of operating systems.

How long does it take to receive my product?
All products are delivered instantly via email. You should receive your download link within
minutes after completing your purchase.

What if I don't receive my download email?
1. Check your spam/promotions folder
2. Wait 5-10 minutes and check again
3. Log into your Shopify account and visit "My Orders"

Can I download my files multiple times?
